Please visit our booking calendar and complete a booking form. This will send the booking request to us and we will send you the payment information. A 25% deposit is required if your booking is more than 8 weeks away, if it is less than 8 weeks away we require full payment. Payment can be made via BACS or credit card (2.7% fee on top) or Paypal.

No as a working farm with livestock and our own cats, dogs and chickens, to keep everyone and our animals safe we do not allow pets.

Yes most definitely. I have two children of my own so I know how important it is to make sure your holiday goes smoothly. We can provide travel cots, a high chair, bath toys, baby monitor, children's cutlery, plates and bowls as well as toys books and garden games.

We have parking for a maximum of four cars. We also offer EV charging at £10 per stay.

We supply all Bed linin, towels, hot tub towels, robes, shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, bin bags, loo roll and kitchen roll

Check in is between 4pm-9pm

Check out is 10am

We are always happy to help with recommendations for places to eat or visit. We can also help arrange Private chefs for special occasions.

When staying in Bluebell Copse Cottage or The Hayloft you will have exclusive use of the hot tub.

The Old dairy Does NOT have a hot tub

Yes we have one pub within 8 minutes walking distance one in 15 minutes and two within 25 minutes.

Cancellation

3.1 Cancellations must be immediately notified to us by email.

3.2 If you cancel more than 8 weeks before your arrival date you will receive a refund of the deposit minus a £25 admin fee. If you cancel after 8 weeks before your stay we will keep the deposit. If you cancel 6 weeks or less before your arrival date you will forfeit the full rental cost. If the cottage can be rented out to another guest, for the original dates and price after cancellation a full refund will be given. if this is less than your stay the difference will be refunded.

3.4 In the event of travel restrictions or hosting restrictions imposed by the Government within the 60 day period prior to your arrival, you will receive a refund or change of dates if these dates are more expensive the difference will have to be paid.
